ClemDuhartDom1Forgive me please, the year has certainly started off very busy. It is always a blessing to be in the work of the LORD.

I started out the year preaching in the upper peninsula of Michigan for Pastor Paul Williams. On Saturday we had a youth rally with over 11 churches in attendance. It was amazing to see the desire these young people had for the LORD. The altars were filled and God blessed with 4 people accepting Christ.

On Monday I flew to Stockton, Missouri to preach for my good friend, Pastor Jim Clemensen. He and I were discussing how our ministries have grown up together. I preached with Evangelist Otis Duhart who played offensive lineman for Florida State, and even had a chance to play on their Natinal Championship team. As you can see from the picture, he is a really small guy. God blessed he and I together to see 4 young men come to accept Christ as their Saviour. The young men were very receptive in every service and used the altars to get right with God.

This past week I preached for Pastor Bob Ross. Bro. Ross is doing a great work in the Pittsburgh area. Normally when I preach here the snow is falling, but not this year. God blessed in every service as Dr. Jeff Owens and I preached to these dear people. The crowds were great and the hearts of the people were very tender.

It is a great way to start the year off. Please pray that God will use me throughout this year.

This past week I had the privilege of preaching for Pastor Ron Silverman at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Elkton, Maryland. This pastor has done a phenomenal job in the location God has given him. The church is on a main highway, but the building they have has limited space. He has taken the space God has given him and used it to its fullest potential. They are now getting ready to go into a building program to build a larger auditorium. This project will not only give them a larger auditorium, but also many more rooms for Sunday school.

God blessed us with 10 people who walked the aisles for salvation. The people of this great church made me feel at home at they listened with open hearts and responded to the Holy Spirit's conviction. One thing I saw that made the meeting better was that the pastor called for the church to come to the front and pray for God to do something in their hearts in each service. Though the service had already started, this pastor saw the need for prayer, and God blessed. I truly believe that the greatest reason revival doesn't happen is because of the lack of prayer in our churches today.

Thanks to this church for the gifts they gave to my family and I. Your thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated.

This past Sunday I preached for my good friend, Pastor Gary Crawford, in Holbrook, Pennsylvania. Bro. Crawford's church is one of the miracle churches where I have the privilege of preaching. You would think that there is no way possible to build a church in the location where they are, but Bro. Crawford did not let location stop him from reaching people for Christ.

The services on Sunday were the best that I can remember. The auditorium was full and the altars were packed in each service. We had one person saved in the morning service. It was thrilling to see the spirit of revival in this church.

Sunday night I preached on the key to relationships working. That key is learning to submit to each other in each relationship. Too often we make our relationships about ourselves and not about others. For any relationship to work we must follow the Scriptures commands to submit to each other. This church certainly took this truth and responded to the Holy Spirit's conviction.

I want to thank the members of Bristoria Baptist Church for making my daughter and I feel welcome this weekend. Your care and love for our family is very much appreciated.

This past Sunday I preached for Pastor Chuck Mainous and the High Street Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio. This church and I have a history that goes back to the beginning of my ministry. This was one of the few churches that had me when I started in evangelism. It is exciting to see how Pastor Mainous has taken this church to new heights. In spite of being the Thanksgiving Day weekend, the attendance was excellent and the people made my daughter and I feel right at home.

One of the great things that happened on Sunday morning was an individual who got right with God after running from God for many years. This individual allowed some things in their life to make them bitter towards the LORD, and the sermon addressed the very fact that when we don't agree with God that we need to look at the things God has done for us. This individual took this to heart and is taking steps towards getting right with God.

It was great to see so many friends of mine. There are so many people in this great church that I have known for years, and it was good to see them. Thank you to Pastor Mainous and the people of this great church for making this a great weekend. If you're ever in the Columbus area I would suggest you visit this exciting church.

Giovanelli_2011This past Sunday I had the privilege of preaching for Pastor Cameron Giovanelli. He pastors the Calvary Baptist Church in Dundalk, Maryland. What a great job they are doing in the Baltimore area. The music program at this church is second to none. Bro. Giovanelli has created a great spirit in each service by teaching his people to sing. When the preaching time came, God's people were very receptive and responsive to the preaching.

We were able to see 4 professions of faith and 2 baptized in the services. The altars were packed in all of the services. I preached Sunday morning my sermon, Bitterness is Love Turned Inside Out. God used this sermon to help many people who have been struggling with the heartache that they have faced in life.

Thank you to the people of this fine church for making my daughter and I feel welcome while we were with you for the day.
